Spectrum of Services – The Attuned Leader

 

The Attuned Leader is a visionary who seamlessly combines self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership competencies to inspire, guide, and cultivate high-performing teams. This leadership framework recognizes that the so-called “soft skills” — advanced communication, influencing, team-building, and conflict management — are no longer optional. As Susan Battley aptly noted in her book Coached to Lead, these skills have become the make-or-break differentiators in today’s competitive landscape. They are the cornerstone of attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent, as well as driving organizational success.

 

The Attuned Leader framework is designed to equip leaders with these foundational skills, enabling them to navigate the complexities of modern organizational life with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

 

The client is free to choose one or any combination of the offerings. For example, a Psychrometric Tool coupled with an 8-session developmental coaching program

​

1. Executive/Leadership Developmental Coaching: Complete developmental coaching program including 8 one-on-one coaching sessions over four-month leading to transformational change. 

​

2. Psychometric Tools: Use of Psychometric Tools such as the Enneagram (IEQ9) or Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0 to promote self-awareness. Online assessment that includes a professional report and a debrief.

​

3. Entry-Level Developmental Coaching: Combination of a psychometric tool (including report and debrief) with two one-on-one developmental coaching sessions. This short program will assist participant in crafting their own self-development action plan.

​

4. Leadership Team Retreat: Experiential leadership retreat. Allow leaders and teams to develop leadership skills in a safe environment. Preparations before the retreat could include a Team IEQ9, team individual IEQ9 reports and debrief

​

5. Team Coaching: A 3-Day workshop or seminar Tailor-made program to promote team efficiency.

​

6. Speaking Engagement: Based on organizational requirement, 2-3 hours tailor-made speaking engagement to develop leadership skills, improve group interaction, and promote team effectiveness.

Our workshop series are modelled after our Attuned Leader Framework which has tree levels.

​

Self- Awareness Foundation. The foundation of the Attuned Leader framework is built on five key building blocks: self-awareness: understanding one’s three centers of expression, high emotional intelligence, resilience, and embracing vulnerability. These elements form the bedrock of effective leadership, enabling leaders to “show up” authentically and inspire their teams. By cultivating these attributes, leaders can navigate the complexities of their roles with grace and confidence, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.

Group Interactions. The ability to communicate is key and is demonstrated through effective communication, having difficult conversations, dealing with difficult people, providing honest feedback and constructive criticism, promoting diversity in teams, developing empathy and authenticity

​

Team Performance. The Attuned leader to lead a performing team must possess the skills to build teams, garner trust, manage conflict, ensure commitment, support accountability, promote results, mentor and coach subordinates.

The workshops outlined below can be combined and or modified for the client.
